Who do you trust?

Every year I look forward to see the results of Edelman Trust Barometer, it is very interesting to see how this valuable asset, many times take for granted, is changing and developing thorough the regions and stakeholders, and how sensitive it is to the political and economic environment.

If gaining people´s trust, the success factor of a good reputation, is one of the objectives of corporate communications, what happens in a world where doubts and disbelief increases exponentially?  

Comply with law regulations are not enough anymore, people expect more; people expect leaders and companies complying with principles and values.     

Every skilled communicator should take a look and analyze these results and reflect about how to advise the corporate leaders and organizations to lead and take advantage of the opportunity to create a better world.
